In 2023 Cullys had the pleasure to work with M&A Steel Fabrications and CBH to complete upgrades on a BM Mech CV03 Trash Grid.
The trash grid consists of a motor control Centre, actuator panel & junction box, blocked chute detector, trap door actuator and the conveyor 203. The system has a design capacity of 1,000 t/h and is used to convey a full range of grains. The need was to provide a final screening function to remove oversized particles before loading grain into containers for dispatch.
Cully team were able to aid this need by fabricating a junction box, Trash Grid Control Panel and Cabinet from within our own workshop and then later installing with over 250 meter’s of cabling onsite.
