How do i find out my generator details?
Each Cummins Onan generator is fitted with a silver sticker nameplate that lists the model number, serial number, and specification code. This information is essential when identifying parts, booking services, or lodging warranty claims. If you’re unsure, simply send us a clear photo of the nameplate, and our team can confirm the details for you. An example nameplate is shown below for reference.

Do you keep generator units in stock and on your shelves?
No, we don’t keep any generator units in stock at our Henderson facility. However, most Cummins Onan models are readily available at the Cummins Onan warehouse, where we source our stock from. Once an order is placed, units in stock typically have a 5–7 day turnaround for delivery via road freight.
If the required model is not available at the warehouse, it will need to be backordered from overseas, which will extend delivery times depending on model availability.

Yes. Cullys’ qualified technicians are equipped to travel for on-site installations, servicing, and major repairs throughout Western Australia and beyond. Please note that additional travel costs may apply depending on your location and project requirements.
Do you handle warranty Claims?
Yes. As an authorised Cummins Onan service partner, Cullys can manage warranty claims directly through Cummins. We’ll assess the unit, submit the required documentation, and coordinate repair or replacement using genuine parts under the manufacturer’s guidelines.
What warranty comes with Cummins Onan products, and how do I make a claim?
Cummins Onan generators come with a 2-year full warranty from the in-service date or up to 2,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first. In addition, a limited warranty extends coverage for 3 years from the in-service date.
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Cullys and provide the following details:
- A description of the issue
- Generator details (as shown on the unit’s nameplate)
- The in-service date
