Every year, Cullys sets up at local yacht clubs—like Royal Perth Yacht Club—to bring you convenient, on‑site services. Our popular Test & Tag Day allows you to get your shore-power leads inspected, electrically tested, and tagged right there, typically for just $10 per lead. We’ll also have replacement leads available if you need them. Plus, while we’re there, our team is on hand to chat if you’re planning any marine electrical work, upgrades, generator servicing, or custom wiring solutions. What do you do?
Trying to explain what we do in one sentence is like trying to fit a ship into a toolbox. In a nutshell, Cullys provides full-service electrical, engineering, and mechanical solutions—covering everything from system design, installation, and integration to commissioning, maintenance, and repairs. Whether it’s routine servicing, complex upgrades, custom switchboard manufacturing, or keeping you powered with generators, batteries, and UPS systems, we’re your all-in-one power and systems partner—on land and at sea.
Do you offer a mobile service?
Yes, Cullys does offer a mobile service. We can come to you with our fully equipped service trucks, or you can visit us at our Henderson workshop. For urgent situations, we can even arrange travel to regional or remote towns to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Are your services quality-assured and compliant?
Absolutely. Cullys is ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management and ISO 45001:2018 certified for Occupational Health & Safety. We also serve as authorised service agents for brands including ZF Marine, Victron Energy, and Cummins Onan, offering warranty services, genuine parts, and factory-level support.
Do you handle warranty Claims?
Yes, we do—for brands we are an approved service partner for, including Cummins Onan, ZF Marine, Praxis, and Victron. Warranty periods vary depending on the brand and product, so please contact us with a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase date, and our team will guide you through the process.
What is your returns policy?
Cullys offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible, and certain products—such as hazardous materials—are excluded from return. Some items may also be non-returnable depending on our suppliers’ terms and conditions.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged items will be assessed, and where approved, will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with consumer law.

Can I wait at the workshop during my service?
Yes, you’re welcome to wait in our showroom inside the building. If you’d prefer to stretch your legs, there’s a lunch bar right next door plus a pub and more lunch bars on Redemption Road, just 300 metres away! Please note, for safety reasons, no unauthorised persons are permitted to wait in the workshop or yard areas.
Do you offer shipping for online purchases?
Yes, for items available for instant buy we do however please note Cummins Onan parts can only be sold within Western Australia as per our agreement with Cummins Onan as approved distributors.
Can I pick up my order in person?
For in store pickup please call or email our reception to put your part aside for you in which you can then make payment over the phone, via the invoice link or using the square device upon collection.
How can i pay for my invoice?
Invoices can be paid a number of ways including
