Based at our Henderson facility, we stock select ZF spare parts, such as marine filters, for same-day collection and offer prompt ordering when items are not available. As a certified service point, we perform in-house gearbox repairs for models ZF 6M through ZF 2000, and provide diagnostics or in-situ repairs for ZFW-series units. Additionally, as an authorised warranty agent, we manage warranty claims directly, ensuring efficient, factory-level support using genuine service. The quickest way to identify your gearbox is by checking the metal nameplate attached to the unit. This plate displays key details such as the Parts List Number, Type, and Serial Number, which are essential for servicing or ordering parts. An example nameplate is shown below for reference.

No. Most ZF gearboxes are made to order due to their warranty timelines, so Cullys does not keep any in stock. In fact, ZF themselves rarely hold gearboxes on their shelves either. 

Customers can place an order through Cullys, with lead times commonly (but not always) around 3–6 months depending on the model and production schedule.

Yes, Cullys does offer a mobile service. We can come to you with our fully equipped service trucks, or you can visit us at our Henderson workshop. For urgent situations, we can even arrange travel to regional or remote towns to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Yes, we do—for brands we are an approved service partner for, including Cummins Onan, ZF Marine, Praxis, and Victron. Warranty periods vary depending on the brand and product, so please contact us with a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase date, and our team will guide you through the process.
